Delivery time :

Quebec (island): 3 to 5 working days.
Outside Quebec: 5 to 15 working days.
Delivery Methods:

Standard: $5 (free for orders over $75).
Express: $22.
Depending on weight:
$7 for 0-5 kg
$21.95 for 5 to 30 kg
Shipping Costs: Costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the method chosen.

Important :

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For exchanges, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery.

Receiving Delivery: Please check the status of your order upon receipt. If you find any damage or abnormalities, please contact us within 24 hours.

International Deliveries: Delivery times may vary due to traffic conditions and customs.

We are committed to providing high quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the following conditions:

Return period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the products.
Condition of Products: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, with original tags and packaging.
Return Procedure: To return a product, please contact us to obtain a return number. Then, send the product to the address we will provide you.
Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount within 10 business days.
Exceptions:

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.
Damaged or used products cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
