- Return period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the products.
- Condition of Products: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, with original tags and packaging.
- Return Procedure: To return a product, please contact us to obtain a return number. Then, send the product to the address we will provide you.
- Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount within 10 business days.
Exceptions:
- Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.
- Damaged or used products cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
